Here's a drawing of Napoleon Bonaparte, just in time for Bastille Day.
When I showed this to my mom, she looked at it for a long time and then said, "It's fine, but he looks like all the drawings you do of yourself." I, of course, had convinced myself that this was a very attractive drawing but once she said that I did notice that there were some similarities between the way I've drawn the very late French emperor and myself. So I thought about it for a moment and said, "Well, maybe I aspire to be like him." My mother sighed and said, "Whatever. Just don't start listening to Wagner and comparing yourself to Frederick the Great." EDIT: Lol, I found a music video: [link] |
